Braised Beef in Broth with Rice Noodles

Phở get about leaving the house when you can have Braised Beef Noodles from the comfort of your own home!

This light, Vietnamese-inspired dish is a combination of braised beef, beef stock and delicate rice noodles. This dish is savoury and rich, while still feeling clean and refreshing at the same time. You can mix and match toppings or set out a Phở bar for your family to make their own. Fresh herbs, bean sprouts, lime wedges, and hot sauces all work well as delicious toppings!

P.S – It’s also perfectly fine to pick up your bowl at the end to slurp the last sips!

Serves: 2 - 3 adults
Size: 950g

Ingredients Beef in Broth:
Beef oyster blade, beef broth (beef, GF soy sauce, onion, carrot, garlic, ginger, pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce, lemon juice, star anise, cinnamon, black vinegar).
This product contains fish sauce and shellfish (oyster sauce)

Ingredients Rice Noodles:
Rice noodles, bok choy, shallots.

Optional Garnishes Supplied:
Chilli crunch, black vinegar and fried shallots.

Serving Instructions Beef in Broth:
Pierce film and heat in microwave for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Follow heating instructions for noodles. Combine desired amount of noodles with broth and beef in a bowl and garnish with condiments of your choice!

Serving Instructions Rice Noodles:
Pierce film and heat in microwave for 1 minute.

This container is not safe for oven use.
