Lean beef, red kidney beans, dried chilli, cumin seed, coriander seed, white wine, mirin, crushed tomato, carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, bay, sherry vinegar, rosemary, local olive oil, brown rice, shallots, sugar, white wine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper, sour cream

Serving Instructions

Pierce film and heat in a microwave for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove film, stir and heat for a further 1 minute. Top with Sour Cream.
