Meatballs in Sweet Tomato Sauce
Ingredients: Pork, beef sausage meat, local free-range eggs, parmesan, breadcrumbs, milk, crushed tomato, carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, sherry vinegar, rosemary, olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper.
Pasta in Garlic Oil
Ingredients: Risoni, olive oil, garlic, salt
Salsa Verde Garnish
Ingredients: Parsley, mint, olive oil, lemon juice, wholegrain mustard, salt, pepper.
Parmesan Garnish
Ingredients: Parmesan Cheese.
This dish contains gluten, dairy, eggs, and pork.
Serving Instructions
Pierce film and heat in a microwave for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove film, stir and heat for a further 1 minute. Finish with Salsa Verde and Parmesan Cheese.
Take caution when removing from microwave as container and contents will be hot.
