Atlantic Salmon
Size: 650g
Ingredients: Atlantic salmon, salt, pepper, sesame seeds, chives, local olive oil.
This product contains seafood and sesame

Herb Mayonnaise
Size: 200ml Jar
Ingredients: Whole egg mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, local olive oil, shallots, parsley, garlic, salt, chives.
This product contains dairy and egg

Roasted Tomato Sauce
Size: 200ml jar
Ingredients: crushed tomato, carrots, garlic, onion, thyme, parsley, bay, sherry vinegar, rosemary, paprika, local olive oil, salt, pepper, sugar.

Serving Instructions

For best results, cook salmon from room temperature

Preheat oven to 200c. Place salmon skin-side down on a lined oven tray, brush the top side with olive oil and bake for 7 minutes or until cooked through.

Finish with sesame seeds and serve with herb mayonnaise and roasted tomato sauce.
