~ Single Serve ~ Chickpeas Braised in Sweet Tomato & Picada with Mixed Grains

Chickpeas, crushed tomato, carrot, onion, garlic, thyme, parsley, sherry vinegar, local olive oil, paprika, salt, pepper, coriander seed, celery. Mixed quinoa, lentils, brown rice, sesame seeds, pepitas, sunflower seeds, sherry vinegar, local olive oil, white wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, salt, sesame oil.

Pierce film and heat in a microwave for 3 – 4 minutes. Remove film, stir and heat for a further 1 minute.
